An Introduction to Volunteer Management for Migrant Led Organisations

Would you like to find out how to make volunteers a core and positive part of your organisation?

 

If the answer to any of the above question is YES, GIVE Project in the partnership with the Dublin City Integration Forum and New Communities Partnership would like to invite you to 'Thinking of Involving Volunteers: An Introduction to Volunteer Management for Migrant Led Organisations'.

This session is aimed at Migrant Led Organisations setting out on the path of engaging volunteers in their group. It is designed to help your group understand:

 

  • the best ways to involve volunteers
  • the steps involved in engaging volunteers in your organisation 
  • volunteer expectations
  • volunteer management support available from your local Volunteer Centre 
  • benefits of implementing good practice in volunteer management to your organisation and services it provides.

 

This interactive, fun 2,5 hours long session is an excellent way to network, meet like-minded organisations and get a good understanding of what is involved in good volunteer management. 

This training was developed by Volunteer Ireland, the national volunteer development agency, in conjunction with local Volunteer Centres.
