New restrictions to applications for 'Residency Without Conditions As To Time' will take effect from 1 December 2010.
From Wednesday 1st of December 2010,applicants for the residency scheme must not have more than six months left unexpired of their current term of residency. View changes on Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) website.
