An Cosan is a centre of learning, leadership and enterprise situated in Jobstown, Tallaght. The basic philosophy of An Cosan Education and Training Centre, is underpinned by one belief - that Adult Community Education is an individual and community transformative act, that the social exclusion and poverty experienced by the women and men in a community can be challenged and transformed through education.
