The Impact of Western Aid on Africa - A View from the African Diaspora
There has been of late much media coverage on the topic Aid to Africa. NCP will host a debate which will give stage to the African Diaspora in Ireland to contribute to a discussion on the international aid agenda and how it impacts on the development and progress of contemporary Africa. Irish NGO's, academics, journalists and African Diaspora will discuss the merits of development aid versus smart aid and other issues relevant to the contemporary aid discourse.
