Action 2 - Provide training which focuses on effective representation skills to support their work on decision making structures
The Project will facilitate a trainer to deliver 'Effective Representation Skills' training to Integration Forum members, who may not have previous experience of participating in networks/forums.
The Training Programme will target emerging, experienced, and advanced leaders from Networks/Forums in Local Authority areas and equip them to understand the mechanics of influencing policy and social agendas in an Irish context.
