The Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence Mr Alan Shatter TD, has announced the date for the commencement of the two new immigration programmes.
The Start -up Entrepreneur programme and the Immigrant Investor Programme aimed at stimulating investment and job creation in Ireland will be open for applications on the 15th of April 2012.
Application forms will be available for download from the 30th of March along with detailed guidelines on the application process.
The two programmes provide an opportunity for migrant investors and entrepreneurs to play an important role on the path to Ireland's economic recovery. It will also see approved participants and their immediate family granted rights of residence in the State.
